Most orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive within 4–6 business days. Does Finish Line Wheels offer free shipping? YES, Finish Line Wheels offers fast and free shipping on all factory wheel orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. To ensure safe delivery, we ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. While we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses, we utilize multiple regional warehouses to ensure your wheels arrive as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Carrier Partners: FedEx Ground and UPS Ground.

  • Service Area: Contiguous United States only (No HI, AK, or PO Boxes).

  • Packaging: Every wheel is secured in heavy-duty, reinforced boxes with protective foam and plastic to prevent transit damage.

📦 Managing Your Order

Can I ship to a different address? Yes. Our secure checkout allows you to set a separate "Ship-To" address. This is ideal if you want your wheels sent directly to your local tire shop or installer for immediate mounting.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is the Finish Line Wheels return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused wheels. If you need to return a rim, contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once the wheel is received in its original packaging and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 days, minus a 20% restocking fee to cover original shipping and handling.

Note — Wheels must be returned unused and unmounted. Please note that in the event you receive the incorrect rim or the item arrives with shipping damage, the restocking fee will be waived.

Do you ship to residential & commercial addresses?

We ship to both. You can have your wheels delivered to your home address or directly to a local tire shop or dealership for installation. If you are shipping to a business, please include the business name in the 'Ship To' field to ensure the carrier handles the delivery during standard business hours.

How are the wheels protected during shipping?

Every OEM wheel is packaged using a multi-layer protection system designed specifically for automotive rims. We wrap the wheel in a protective plastic sleeve, add a foam face-guard, and secure it with reinforced cardboard rings before placing it in a heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated box. This rigorous process reduces transit damage rates to less than 1%.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders for in-stock OEM wheels are processed and leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days). If you place an order over the weekend or on a federal holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.

Where do my wheels ship from?

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we utilize a network of regional warehouses across the United States. Your order will ship from the location closest to your delivery address that has your specific rim in stock. This localized fulfillment strategy is why we can offer free shipping while maintaining a 4–6 business day delivery window.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?

No. Because we ship heavy, oversized items via UPS and FedEx Ground, we require a physical street address for all deliveries. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

Is a signature required for my delivery?

Generally, no. For standard residential deliveries, the carrier will leave the package at your front door or designated 'safe drop' area. However, if you are ordering a high-value set of four wheels or shipping to a business address, the carrier may require a signature at their discretion.
