At Finish Line Wheels, we stand behind the quality of every factory-original rim we ship. Our policies are designed to provide peace of mind and ensure your vehicle remains road-ready with authentic OEM equipment.
1. Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for all orders. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow these professional guidelines:
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team with your Full Name, Order Number, and a detailed explanation for the return. We will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA#).
Return Requirements & Shipping

Condition: Wheels must be in their original, unmounted condition. (Once a tire is mounted, the wheel is considered "used" and is non-returnable).

Packaging: Use the original boxes and internal protective materials. Please take extra care to protect the face and edges of the wheel to avoid transit damage.

Labeling: You must clearly reference your RMA# in the shipping address.

Carrier: We recommend using UPS or FedEx for return shipments. Please retain your tracking number for your records.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Processing Time: Once received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund.
- Received a damaged or Incorrect Wheel? If you receive the wrong rim or the item arrives with shipping damage, the restocking fee is waived and Finish Line Wheels will cover all return shipping costs and work to get you a correct replacement or full refund if needed.
2. Lifetime Finish Warranty
We take pride in our industrial refinishing process. We offer a Lifetime Finish Warranty on all painted factory OEM alloy and steel wheels.
What is Covered
This warranty covers the Clearcoat and Painted Finish on the face of the wheel against manufacturer defects, including:

Standard Silver Alloy and Steel wheels.

Specialty colors and finishes (Full Face, Machined, Polished, 2-Tone, etc.).

Note: Chrome Factory Original wheels include a specialized 1-Year Warranty on the chrome finish.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
To maintain the integrity of our warranty, the following conditions are excluded:

Environmental Damage: Corrosion caused by road salt, road debris, or hazardous chemicals.

Maintenance Issues: Corrosion resulting from brake dust buildup or the use of abrasive cleaners and polishes.

Mechanical Damage: Damage from balancing weights, potholes, or "curb rash."

Improper Use: Wheels used for racing, off-road driving, or those damaged during improper tire mounting/installation.
3. How to Claim Warranty Service
If you believe your wheel finish is defective, please follow these steps:

Shipment: Wheels must be shipped to our facility freight prepaid.

Inspection: Our experts will inspect the wheel. If the finish is determined to be defective under the terms of the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Finish Line Wheels FAQ: Understanding Our Returns & Lifetime Warranty
What is covered under the Finish Line Wheels Lifetime Finish Warranty?
Our warranty covers structural defects in the refinishing process, specifically peeling or bubbling of the clear coat or paint on the face of the wheel. This warranty remains in effect for as long as you own the vehicle.
What is excluded from the Lifetime Finish Warranty?
The warranty does not cover "curb rash," damage from road salts/chemicals, or chips caused by road debris (stones). It also excludes damage caused by abrasive cleaners or improper mounting by a third-party installer.
How do I start a return for my wheel order?
To initiate a return, contact our support team to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA#). You will need your Order Number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without an RMA# cannot be processed.
What should I do if my wheel arrives damaged from shipping?
Shipping damage is rare but must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please take clear photos of the damaged box and the wheel itself, then email them to us. We will handle the claim with the carrier and ship you a replacement at no cost.
Can I return a wheel after a tire has been mounted?
No. Once a tire is mounted, the wheel is considered "used" and is no longer eligible for return or exchange. This is because the mounting process leaves marks on the finish and the bead seat, making it impossible to resell as a Grade-A product.
Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
Yes, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of the original "Free Shipping" we provided and the labor for our technical team to re-inspect and certify the wheel for our Grade-A inventory.
