My wife banged up two rims when she slide on ice into the curb. The dealer was going to charge me $900 per rim and that felt like robbery. I hunted and found FLW and they were one of the only places with an option to buy new at a significant discount.
The process of engaging and waiting for inventory to become available was challenging but in the end, I bought two rims and am very very pleased with the quality and the shipping of those items.
Plus, their customer service did ultimately engage with me and let me know that their system has improved with real-time validation of inventory along with a 'waitlist' option if items are out of stock. That is amazing.
Lastly, I went to several local auto body shops to see if they could 'true up' my bent rims and their costs were almost the same as the new price from FLW. I'm grateful to have a solution. Thank you.
Thanks for the 5 star review Chris! We have implemented a new inventory system which is working way better and updated daily. This will improve our customer experience greatly. Like you mentitoned we also have the 'notify me when available' system now too. That's great that you saved $500 rather than buying through the dealers, they charge a ton for OEM Wheels. Hyundai / Kia are killing it lately, the Telluride is a sweet SUV, my folks just picked up a Genesis GV70 and they love the thing. Thanks again for the great feedback!
Tires mounted well, rim quality is great, improved the look/feel of my BMW.
