I was looking to purchase some aluminum rims for my cargo van for snow tires. The cost of new rims from from Ford was an unrealistic option for me. Finish line had the best price. Of course they were out of stock so I wondered if the price was legitimate. I left an email to contact me when they were again available. I had no real expectation that I would hear from this company again. To my surprise they contacted me a short time later and I was able to purchase the like new refurbished rims in short order. As a lay person I was unable to distinguish the used rims from brand new factory wheels. I was completely satisfied and my experience was great, thank you.

Great rim, great price

They were great with finding a rim that was difficult to find. It was a good price and great condition. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is NO way to communicate. When you call there is a message saying they don’t get to their messages to email them. No one responded to that either.

GREAT Service!!

I had to replace a damaged rear alloy wheel on my wife's 2005 Lexus IS300 Sportcross. The Sportcross is a station wagon version of the sedan and only about 3200 of them were sold in the U.S. during it's 2002-2005 model run. Its rear wheels are 7.5" wide as opposed to the fronts (and all around on the standard 1st generation IS300 sedan of 2001-2005. They are RARE!! I ran into several wheel refinishers and wrecking yards that claimed to have it and the wheels ALL turned out to be 7" wide. Bobby was able to deliver the correct one and we are GRATEFUL! If you need to match a hard-to-get alloy wheel; Finish Line is a DEFINITE GO-TO!

Back in the day I drove a 1994 Audi S4 and that was a very low production car and the alloy wheels were super tough to find. That was before we started FLW. Updated: Saved $500 per Rim Compared to Dealer Pricing

My wife banged up two rims when she slide on ice into the curb. The dealer was going to charge me $900 per rim and that felt like robbery. I hunted and found FLW and they were one of the only places with an option to buy new at a significant discount.

The process of engaging and waiting for inventory to become available was challenging but in the end, I bought two rims and am very very pleased with the quality and the shipping of those items.

Plus, their customer service did ultimately engage with me and let me know that their system has improved with real-time validation of inventory along with a 'waitlist' option if items are out of stock. That is amazing.

Lastly, I went to several local auto body shops to see if they could 'true up' my bent rims and their costs were almost the same as the new price from FLW. I'm grateful to have a solution. Thank you.

Thanks for the 5 star review Chris! We have implemented a new inventory system which is working way better and updated daily. This will improve our customer experience greatly. Like you mentitoned we also have the 'notify me when available' system now too. That's great that you saved $500 rather than buying through the dealers, they charge a ton for OEM Wheels. Hyundai / Kia are killing it lately, the Telluride is a sweet SUV, my folks just picked up a Genesis GV70 and they love the thing. Thanks again for the great feedback!

Quality Rim

Tires mounted well, rim quality is great, improved the look/feel of my BMW.

Just like new, and just what I needed.

I had a slow leak that I had finally narrowed down to a bad rim. I checked the price of new ones! OMG! The price on this was extremely, almost unbelievably reasonable. And it solved my problem. Winner winner!
